The In Vivo Lab

Amazing, you made it to the In Vivo Lab. You are now just a few steps away from finding a promising new radiosensitizing drug. This lab is the best place to investigate whether the promising in vitro activity of your compounds will hold in a live organism. Does the combination of your drug improve the efficacy of radiotherapy and does it not lead to too much toxicity? Let's find out.

When you look around in the lab you see two different doors. Signs next to the doors indicate they lead to the 'CAM facility' and the 'Animal facility'. You vaguely remember that a colleague once mentioned the CAM facility but you do not know exactly what it is. With regard to the Animal Facility, it most likely involves experiments in mice. But where to start and what to do? There is nobody in the lab to advice you so you have to decide for yourself.
